The Minervois, part of the Languedoc in the South of France, sits astride two major axes : one north-south and the other east-west. Over the centuries, it has seen many hordes transit its territory. All have left their marks visible to the discerning visitor even to this day.

We have tried to give a little help to the artists living and working in the Minervois. Some of them that we have discovered working in their 'ateliers' hidden amongst the old stone walls are represented in these pages. We hope that you too will enjoy visiting them during your visit to this region.
