| Some of the fine wine makers in the Minervois |

There are many fine producers of wine throughout the Minervois. Each commune has several, many of whom bottle their own wines. I discover them gradually and present them to you through this page. Most have been present in many of the export markets of the world for a long time now and their products are increasingly in demand as the reputation of the Minervois grows. |
- Chateau de Paraza, situated in the commune of Paraza
- Château Pautard, in the commune of Peyriac-Minervois. The young Damien Baudouy produces an excellent red on the family domain.
- Chateau de Violet, situated in the commune of Peyriac-Minervois. They make an excellent late harvest red wine, "Vieilles Vignes Vendanges d’Automne", but in very small quantities.
- Clos de Centeilles, situated in the commune of Siran
- Domaine Ancely, situated in the commune of Siran
- René Chabbert, Maire of Siran, produces some very good wines including some aged in the wood Siran
- Domaine Les Deux Terres, situated in the commune of Azille
