Please note: Bookings made within six weeks of the start date must send 100% payment with their reservation form.
Do not be worried about calculating the cost of linen for purposes of the deposit. Linen will be priced on your invoice according to your indications on the booking form and can be paid for when you send the balance. Clients reserving within six weeks of their holiday may estimate the cost of linen; any adjustment will be made on arrival. But if you are at all worried, please contact us.
On receipt of your deposit, your acknowledgment and invoice will be sent to you and this will indicate the date by which you must pay the balance of your rental. This is normally five weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Your price will be firm and your reservation guaranteed on issue of the invoice.
Upon receipt of the balance of your rental money, full instructions for arriving at The Cottagewill be sent to you by e-mail or post depending on your choice.
