We continue the price reduction for second and subsequent weeks which has proved so successful.

Notes:
- The basic currency for this rental is the Euro. Indicative prices are shown for other currencies and these may vary with exchange rates, except after firm booking
- Prices are per week. Prices are fixed and guaranteed
on receipt of deposit.
- Discount offered for second and subsequent weeks : 7.5 %
- Weeks traditionally run from Saturday to Saturday but we will accept any start day for a minimum of 1 week, so you can save on airfares. Arrival after 4pm. Departure before 10 am.
- The price code page does assume that weeks start and end on a Saturday but we will accept any start day you like provided you take at least 1 week, and subject to availability. This will most likely let you plan cheaper flights.
- Electricity is charged by meter.
- Deposit 25% required to confirm booking, balance five weeks before holiday.
- Security deposit of £100 or 150 Euros, is payable with the balance ; refundable on request after inspection of the accommodation at end of stay.
